Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

This document is being finalized with our legal counsel. The version below is a working draft and will be replaced before public launch.

1. Information we collect

Account information (name, email, role), tenant information (company name, technicians, customers), and operational data you enter (contracts, orders, photos).

2. How we use it

To deliver the service, send required transactional notifications, troubleshoot, and bill you. We don't sell your data, ever.

3. Sub-processors

We use Supabase (database + auth), Cloudflare (compute + edge), Vercel (hosting for the marketing site), Stripe (billing), and a transactional email provider. A current list is available on request.

4. Data residency

Production data is stored in the region you select during onboarding. Default region is Asia–South-1.

5. Retention

We retain operational data while your tenant is active and for 30 days after termination. Audit logs follow your plan's retention window.

6. Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Data. For requests outside the dashboard, email privacy@prime-amc.com.
