1. Acceptance
By creating a tenant on PrimeAMC you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Service description
PrimeAMC provides multi-tenant AMC and field-service software, including contract management, scheduled visits, technician dispatch, leads, reporting, and invoicing.
3. Account registration
You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for everything that happens in your tenant.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per technician seat. Inactive seats are not charged. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use PrimeAMC to send spam, run malware, or scrape other tenants' data. We reserve the right to suspend tenants found in violation.
6. Intellectual property
We own the platform; you own your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data only as needed to deliver the service.
7. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. On termination you can export your data for 30 days; after that we delete it permanently.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
