Terms of Service
The agreement that governs your use of prime-amc.

This document is being finalized with our legal counsel. The version below is a working draft and will be replaced before public launch.
1. Acceptance
By creating a tenant on prime-amc you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Service description
prime-amc provides multi-tenant AMC and field-service software, including contract management, scheduled visits, technician dispatch, leads, reporting, and invoicing.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per technician seat. Inactive seats are not charged. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use prime-amc to send spam, run malware, or scrape other tenants' data. We reserve the right to suspend tenants found in violation.
5. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. On termination you can export your data for 30 days; after that we delete it permanently.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, India.
